Refund Policy

1. General Rule: No Refunds

All payments made on the Babylon platform, including monthly subscription fees and any potential future one-time payments (e.g., tips), are final and non-refundable.

2. Rationale

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted to creator content and communication channels upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. When you subscribe, the payment is processed, and the service is considered delivered for that billing period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Your dissatisfaction with the Idol's content or responsiveness.
• Forgetting to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• Your account being suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

In rare cases of a significant platform-wide technical error preventing access for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or refund.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for a valid charge is a violation of our terms. We encourage you to contact us at support@bbn.chat to resolve any issues before resorting to a chargeback.
