1. Introduction

This policy ensures that Babylon remains a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users. These rules apply to your conduct and content on the Babylon platform itself (e.g., your profile, user search, and interactions with our interface). While we do not monitor conversations on external platforms, your on-platform conduct must adhere to these standards.

2. Age Requirement

All users of Babylon, both Idols and Admirers, must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification and terminate accounts of users found to be underage.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You may not use the Babylon platform to create, promote, or engage in any of the following:

Illegal Activities:

Any activity that violates any local, national, or international law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing.

Harassment and Hate Speech:

Abusing, threatening, stalking, or harassing any other user. Content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, or harm against any individual or group based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly forbidden.

Impersonation:

Impersonating another person, brand, or entity. Idols must use their authentic identity or a consistent, established online persona.

Spam and Scams:

Sending unsolicited messages, promoting get-rich-quick schemes, phishing, or otherwise attempting to defraud other users.

Explicit and Inappropriate Content:

While we connect creators and fans, Babylon is not a platform for pornography or sexually explicit content. Profiles, avatars, and usernames must not contain nudity, graphic violence, or other obscene material.

Intellectual Property Infringement:

Using copyrighted or trademarked material that you do not have the right to use.

4. External Platform Disclaimer

Babylon facilitates a connection between an Idol and an Admirer, but the subsequent chat and interaction take place on third-party platforms (e.g., Messenger, Telegram, Discord). Babylon is not responsible for any content, conduct, security breaches, or issues that arise on these external platforms.

Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We strongly advise all users to maintain their privacy and exercise caution when sharing personal information on any platform.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in actions including, but not limited to:

A formal warning.
Temporary suspension of your account.
Permanent termination of your account without a refund.
